Do you take insurance?

What if you do not take my insurance?

• We would be considered an ‘out-of-network provider,’ meaning you would pay for services out of pocket.

What is a Superbill?

• Healthcare providers use a superbill as a primary source of information to create a claim.  It is an itemized list of services provided to a patient, which is then submitted to payers (insurance companies) for reimbursement.

Will my insurance company reimburse me?

• Your insurance may consider us to be an ‘Out-of-Network Provider’ and reimburse you in accordance with your health insurance plan. We can provide a monthly billing statement (Superbill) for reimbursement if you wish to submit it to your insurance company. Please check your insurance company’s policy if you plan to use this method, as requirements vary by company. 

I have medicare/medicaid, but I am willing to pay out of pocket.  Is this an option?
